FIDDLE at the FALL FOLIAGE FESTIVAL with SEÁN HEELYOctober 9th 1-3pm ~ Boothbay Railway Village
Seán Heely and I will be playing some Scottish tunes for the Fall Foliage Festival - mighty pipe marches, wild strathspeys & reels, and maybe even a Gaelic song or two! Come by and support local makers, enjoy delicious fall foods from the food trucks, check out live artist exhibits, and take a ride on the steam train. Fun for all ages!
SCOTTISH FIDDLE CONCERT WITH SEÁN HEELYOctober 10th 6:30 pm ~ Winthrop United Methodist Church**masks required**
My teacher, U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Champion Seán Heely, is coming to Maine! We'll be playing at the Winthrop United Methodist Church on Sunday, October 10th at 6:30pm presenting an exciting program of Scottish fiddle and song. From elegant, haunting slow airs, Gaelic songs, mighty pipe marches, and wild strathspeys & reels, this concert will have it all!
Admission is by donation, with a suggested donation of $15 for adults and $5 for students/children.
Due to COVID19, health officials are asking that masks be worn inside at public events, even for those who are vaccinated. Masks will be required to enter the building and can be provided upon request. Thank you for your understanding as we work together to present & enjoy this concert as safely as possible!
Parking is available on either side of the church, on the street, and next door at 72 Main Street. There is additional parking in the town lot at the corner of Main & Union Streets.

Down East Singers are offering a free, live concert of American music from the Shakers and Quakers to Gospel and Spirituals. I'll be playing a few fiddle tunes from my "50 Fiddlers from 50 States" project. Some chairs will be provided. Or bring your own chair or a blanket!

The concert will be also be aired at a later date on the Down East Singers' YouTube Channel. Cosponsored by Camden Public Library.
I'll be sharing fiddle tunes from Scotland for the Nov 10th Oasis of Music concert series at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. From soaring slow airs to percussive strathspeys and driving reels, let your spirit take a quick trip to Scotland!
Free and open to the public, following covid masking protocols, which will be updated closer to the concert date. The socially distanced maximum audience is capped at 35 audience members.
