FIDDLERS IN THE FOREST with SEÁN HEELYOctober 8th 4-7pm ~ YMCA Outdoor Learning & Education Center, AuburnPLEASE PRE-REGISTER AT 795-4095 (limited space)
The YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston is hosting Fiddlers in the Forest at the YMCA Outdoor Learning & Education Center (151 Stetson Road) in Auburn. Join Seán Heely and me around the campfire for an evening of thrilling Scottish fiddle and song. The sounds of haunting slow airs, Gaelic songs, mighty pipe marches, and wild stratspeys & reels will ring out among the trees. This free event is open to the public.
The YMCA Outdoor Learning & Education Center *does* have limited parking, so please plan to pre-register by calling the Auburn-Lewiston YMCA at (207) 795-4095. If your plans change and you can't make it, please let them know in case anyone is on the waiting list!

We'll begin with a concert, followed by the opportunity to learn a tune or two with Seán - so musicians bring your instruments! We'll end the evening with a session, so stay for the jam or to enjoy the music by firelight.

Bring: a camp chair and your instrument (and voice!) if you play/sing, and snacks or a picnic supper if you'd like.

Masks are optional for this event, as we'll be outside.

If you'd like to bring a little cash to add to the tip jar, that's always awesome, or

Paypal: www.paypal.me/fiddlerokennedy

Venmo: @Christina_Owen_Kennedy

Proceeds will be split between the musicians for their individual projects.
